Rhonda Elaine Chisum-Kelso, born in racially segregated St. Louis, Missouri but raised and educated in Flint, Michigan. Retired from Flint Community Schools as Administrative Secretary. She received her Associates Degree in Science from Mott Community College. Kelso is a recovering stroke survivor and mother of four with a special needs child. She is a Water Warrior fighting for her daughter and residents of the City of Flint who saw fit to help Melissa Mays and other residents find those responsible for the Flint Water Crisis.
