As a member of the Detroit & Michigan National Lawyers Guild (NLG) Chapter, you will receive emails from our Chapter email listserv, membership@michigannlg.org, unless you specify that you do not wish to receive emails.
A few days after you become a member, you can access the following:
One-year listing in our National Referral Directory: You can submit your listing here: https://www.nlg.org/referral-directory-signup/
Listing in the Detroit & Michigan Chapter Legal Directory: We are working on creating a Chapter referral directory that will be available on our website. Being listed will require you to be in good membership standing and pay $25 a year. When you join or renew your membership, the form will ask if you want to be in the directory. Or email administrator@michigannlg.org if you are interested!
Members-Only website content: Go to nlg.org/register and fill in the form to create your NLG.org website account. **Be sure to use the same e-mail address you used when signing up for membership.** Once you create an account, you'll be logged in and can view resources such as our Members-Only Webinars. If you don't see the "Members Only" tab or have trouble logging in, email membership@nlg.org for assistance.
You can always login by going to nlg.org/login, or clicking the "Login" button on the top right corner of nlg.org. If you forget your password, click "Lost your password?" to reset it.
National Committees: Here is the current list: https://www.nlg.org/committees/ National Committees are formed by Guild members who wish to organize around a specific issue.
